2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent and perused the order dated 26.02.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.5239 of 2025.

3. Having satisfied with the averments made in the supporting affidavit,
