No.72/2020 of Pathanapuram police station, which was registered alleging offence under Section 55(g) of the Abkari Act, after seizing 30 litres of wash from the residence of the petitioner.

2. I heard the counsel on both sides.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor has submitted

that on conclusion of investigation, charge sheet has already been laid before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Pathanapuram. In that case, his apprehension for arrest has no basis.
