When this matter is taken up for consideration today, it is

submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim order dated 04.05.2021, the arrest of the petitioner was recorded in Crime No.4 of 2021 of Cheruthuruty Police Station, Thrissur District and the petitioner was released on bail. It is submitted that following investigation into Crime No.4 of 2021 of Cheruthuruty Police Station, Thirssur District, a final report has been filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Wadakkanchery, where it is pending as

C.P.No.62 of 2021. It is submitted that the petitioner has received summons in C.P.No.62 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Wadakkanchery.

2. Taking note of the above and considering the fact

that the petitioner has already been released on bail pursuant to the interim order dated 04.05.2021, I am of the opinion that it is for the petitioner to approach the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Wadakkanchery for bail. It is submitted that C.P.No.62 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Wadakkanchery is listed on 07.12.2021.

I, therefore, direct that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Wadakkanchery on 07.12.2021 and seek regular bail from that court. The bail application will stand disposed of accordingly. Sd/- GOPINATH P. JUDGE DK
