ORDER

Mr.S.I.Muthiah, learned Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu, on written instructions states that the petitioner is occupying the poramboke lands and hence, the petitioner's request for a correlation and mutation of revenue records cannot be acceded to. However, learned Counsel for the petitioner stated that for several decades, the petitioner and his family members are in possession and the lands are only “Grama Natham” lands and not “Sarkar poramboke” lands.
