3. Considering the reasons stated in the

affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the third respondent by paper publication in English Daily viz., Indian Express, in Bangalore Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 28.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 18.04.2026.
