ORAL ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial in the suit has been completed and the matter is posted before the Trial Court on 09.03.2026 and as such, the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible.

2. The said submission is placed on record.

3. Accordingly, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of

the suit in O.S.No.319/2021 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 30.04.2026. The parties are directed to co-operate with the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the suit.
