2. The learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions,

submitted that, pursuant to investigation into the aforesaid crime, a final report was filed which is pending consideration as C.C.No.346/2018 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ambalappuzha.

3. In view of the filing of the final report, this Crl.M.C. has
