2. The petitioner’s plea for pre-mature release has already been rejected

by the Government vide G.O.(D) No.439 Home(Prison-IVA) Department dated 09.04.2025, which order, according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, has been furnished to the convict and his family, notwithstanding which, the petitioner has filed another representation in March, 2026 reiterating her request. 3. Hence, the appropriate course for the family of the convict/convict is to challenge the aforesaid Government Order dated 09.04.2025, for which purpose liberty is granted to them.
