When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that no crime has been registered as against the petitioners in Chelakkara Police Station, Thrissur. Recording the same, the bail application is closed. However, it is made clear that if the petitioners are required in connection with any complaint against the petitioners, a notice under Section 41 A of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be issued to them by the SHO, Chelakkara Police Station, Thrissur.
