The petitioner who is the accused in Crime No.87/2022 of Perumbavoor Police Station has approached this Court for quashing the FIR registered in the said case.

2. Today when the Crl.M.C came up for consideration,

the learned Public Prosecutor upon instruction, submitted that a refer report in this case has already been submitted by the police on 24.10.2022, stating that the case is civil in nature.
