JUDGMENT

The appeal is defective for non-impleadment of the legal heirs of the deceased respondent - plaintiff. Though notice was ordered to additional respondents sought to be impleaded, no steps have been taken.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that, to his information, the disputes have been settled between the parties.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the
