2. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. CRL.M.C. 5439/2019 3. Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.1162/2017 dated 12.09.2017 registered at Police Station Vijay Vihar and consequent proceedings arising therefrom.
