"HON’BLE MR JUSTICE SANJEEV SACHDEVA JUDGMENT SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J.

(ORAL) 1.... Petitioner

seeks interim bail in FIR No.FIR No.315/12, under Sections 392/395/397/412/506/120-B IPC, P.S.Bindapur on the ground of marriage of his brother.

2. As per the petitioner, the marriage functions commence from 20.02.2019 and go on till the evening of 25.02.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has twice earlier been released on interim bail and had duly complied with the order. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been in custody for nearly seven years and only 9 out of 31 prosecution witnesses have been examined till date. It is prayed that petitioner would also like to BAIL APPLN.346/2019 Page 1 of 2 restore family ties during the time of marriage functions.

3. Status report has been filed. Same is taken on record. Factum of marriage has been verified.

4. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances and the status report, I am of the view that petitioner is entitled to interim bail for a period of four weeks.

5. Accordingly, on petitioner furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, petitioner shall be released on interim bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his release.... Petitioner
