(ORAL) For the relief sought in this petition, no Representation has been made by petitioner to the respondents. Before approaching this Court, a Representation is required to be made to the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a concise Representation would be made to respondent-Directorate of Education within a week.
