Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to accept the accommodation offered. The petitioner has, however, learnt that there are certain arrears of water, electricity and gas connection on account of which the petitioner would not in a position to obtain water, electricity and gas connection in her name. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent will ensure that there is no impediment for the petitioner to obtain necessary water, electricity and gas connection, and arrears, if any of the previous occupant, would be taken care in accordance with law. He however submits that the petitioner has to submit his technical acceptance.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall forthwith communicate the technical acceptance.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Quarter would be made habitable and the possession thereof will be offered to the petitioner within two weeks from today and the respondent shall ensure that there is no impediment for the petitioner to obtain water, electricity and gas connection in the allotted quarter. His submission is taken on record.
5. With regard to the prayer for grant of relocation allowance, the petitioner is permitted to make an application. The respondent shall consider the application, if any, made by the petitioner for reimbursement of relocation expenses, keeping in view the peculiar facts of the case, that the petitioner is being shifted on account of the re-development project and not because of his request.
