1. This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent to the 2nd responent for fair and proper investigation and to file the final report in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2015 has been completed and a closure report has also been filed before learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar on 24.07.2015. He would further submit that RCS notice has been served on the petitioner
