Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that on a complaint given by the 3rd respondent, a case in Crime No.99 of 2016 for offences under Section 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act has been registered against this petitioner.
