1 in the high court of judicature for rajasthan at jodhpur order s.b.civil writ petition no.7164/2014 bheru singh rawal versus state of rajasthan & ors.date of order : 16.10.2014 present hon'ble mr.justice vijay bishnoi mr.p.m.vyas for petitioner. learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in identical writ petition sbcwp no.5629/2011 titled as purna chandra v/s. state of rajasthan & ors.decided on 05.04.2013, this court has permitted one similarly situated person to file representation to the respondent for redressal of his grievance and therefore, this writ petition be also decided in same terms.a coordinate bench of this court has passed following order in sbcwp no.5629/2011 on 05.04.2013 :- “heard learned counsel for the petitioner. the petitioner is claiming his right on the ground that his case is squarely covered with the judgment rendered by the coordinate bench of this court in case of bheru lal & 2 ors.versus state of rajasthan & anr. passed in s.b.civil writ petition no.4440/1999 decided on 25.3.2009. in this view of the matter, the petitioner is hereby permitted to file representation along with certified copy of the said order to the respondents. upon filing such representation, the respondents are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner in the light of the said judgment within a period of two months from the date of filing representation. with the above observation/direction, this writ petition is disposed of.”. in this writ petition the petitioner is also claiming similar relief which was granted in bheru lal's case (supra).in this view of the matter and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner this writ petition is disposed of while permitting the petitioner to file representation before the respondents for redressal of his grievances along with the certified copy of this order. if any 3 representation is filed by the petitioner the respondents are directed to decide the same strictly in accordance with law after taking into consideration the judgment rendered by the coordinate bench of this court in case of bheru lal & ors.versus state of rajasthan & anr. passed in s.b.civil writ petition no.4440/1999 decided on 25.03.2009 within a period of two months from the date of filing representation. S.B.CIVIL WRIT PETITION NO.7164/2014 Bheru Singh Rawal versus State of Rajasthan & ORS.Date of order : 16.10.2014 PRESENT HON'BLE Mr.JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI Mr.P.M.Vyas for petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in identical writ petition SBCWP No.5629/2011 titled as Purna Chandra V/s.

State of Rajasthan & ORS.decided on 05.04.2013, this Court has permitted one similarly situated person to file representation to the respondent for redressal of his grievance and therefore, this writ petition be also decided in same terMs.A Coordinate Bench of this Court has passed following order in SBCWP No.5629/2011 on 05.04.2013 :- “Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
