1. The lawyers are observing strike which is contrary to various Supreme Court decisions. Name of Mr. N.L. Joshi, counsel for the petitioner, is shown in the cause list. Name of Dr. Pratistha Dave, Govt. Counsel is shown in the cause list.

2. The petitioner, Shokat Ali S/o Sh. Faiz Mohammad, has preferred this writ petition in this Court on 06.11.2008 seeking following relief(s): - “It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this writ petition of the petitioner may kindly be allowed by issue a writ, order or direction in the following manner: - i. The respondents may be directed to give S.B. CIVIL WRIT PETITION No.9489/2008. Shokat Ali Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. Order dated 04/09/2014 2/2 regular pay scale to the petitioner with all consequential benefits with back wages for the post of the driver from his initial appointment. ii.
