(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that despite the order dated 11.07.2013 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Superintendent of Police, Palwal, he has not been granted the benefit of promotion which he is entitled to from the date his juniors have been promoted.

Claiming the said benefit, petitioner has served a legal notice dated 03.02.2014 (Annexure P-6) upon the Inspector General of Police, South Range, Rewari-respondent No.2 but no decision thereon has been taken or conveyed to the petitioner till date.
