*** TEJINDER SINGH DHINDSA.J This order shall dispose of the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R.No.60 dated 5.5.2010 under sections 323, 324, 341, 342 I.P.C, registered at Police Station, Baghapurana, District Moga.
Learned counsel for the petitioner as also State counsel, who is duly assisted by H.C Naib Singh have been heard.
The uncontroverted factual position that emerges is that after registration of the F.I.R the petitioner was released on bail on 4.6.2010 by J.M.I.C, Moga.
The petitioner continued to appear before the Trial Court till 24.9.2012.
The petitioner absented from the trial proceedings on 7.12.2012 and thereafter was declared a Proclaimed Offender on 10.1.2014.
Petitioner was thereafter arrested and has been in custody since 9.3.2014.
It has gone undisputed that even the complainant Ajaib Singh has since died during the couRs.of trial.
Under such circumstances the trial has not proceeded further.
The offences cited against the petitioner are all bailable.

The present petition, accordingly, is allowed.
Bail to the satisfaction of Trial Court.
Petition disposed of.
