This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.4 dated 05.04.2014, registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station NRI (Rural).Jalandhar.

Learned counsel, inter-alia, contended that at the most there was only an attempt to defraud.

It is also submitted that petitioner is ready to join investigation.

The FIR was registered on the information through helpline from Tajinder Singh resident of village Tantahoora, in respect of whose property there was a serious attempt to commit fraud with the bank for getting the limit to the tune of about Rs.15 lacs.
