Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents (a) to release the benefit of one special increment for non-participation in the general strike and, consequently, fixation of pension and release of all pensionary benefits; (b) to release the benefit of one increment under ACP scheme ; (c) to count 5 years and 7 months of service as qualifying service towards total period for fixation of pension and pensionary benefits ; (d) to count the period with effect from 10.2.1972 to 1.2.1973 in terms of judgment passed by this Court (Annexure P-7) ; (e) to release the benefits of revised pay scales with effect from 1.1.2006 and (f) to release the interest and all arrears to the petitioner from the date of retirement.

Heard.

Petitioner has filed this petition without approaching the respondents at the fiRs.instance.
