This petition has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the balance payment qua the works, which were allotted to the petitioner.

During the years 2013-14, certain works were allotted to the petitioner by the respondents, details of which have been given in para No.2 of the petition.

The petitioner has completed the said works to the satisfaction of the respondents, but the payment thereof has not been released to him till date.

In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 20.03.2014 (Annexure P-1).but no action has been taken thereon till date.

In view of the above position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondent Nos.4 and 5 to look in to the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-1) and decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Prasher Ajay order.
