The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayeRs.“It is, therefore, humbly and respectfully prayed that this writ petition of the petitioner may kindly be allowed: “(I).The record of the case may be called for and by an appropriate order or direction the impugned order dated 30.3.2014, Annex.No.6 may kindly be quashed and the respondents may kindly be directed to grant all the consequential benefits according to the UGC pay scale rules with effect from date of eligibility in the case of the petitioner afresh with interest of 6% as done in other cases etc.Any other benefit which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.3564/2014 Rampal Singh V/s State of Rajasthan and ORS.Order dt: 9/5/2014 2/3 circumstances of the case may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner.
(II) If during the pendency of the petition any order in pursuance of impugned order An.6 issued, the same may also be quashed and set aside.
(III) During the pendency of the petition the effect and operation of the impugned order An.6 dated 30.3.2014 may kindly be stayed.
(IV) The petition may be allowed with costs”.

The order dtd.30.3.2014, Annex.6 produced before this Court appears to be an office note purported signed by the “Sahayak Kul Sachiv”.The learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms.Varsha Bissa submitted that under the garb of this office note, the respondent – University has not released the salary to the present petitioner according to the pay fixation done in the recent past vide order Annex.4 dtd.26.2.2014.
The said office note passed by the Assistant Registrar (Sahayak Kul Sachiv) deserves to be brought to the notice of the competent Authority, namely, the Registrar/ Vice Chancellor of the respondent – University, who are supposed to deal with the matter and the petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate representation to these higher authorities, who are expected to decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks.

With the aforesaid liberty and direction to the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of.
No order as to costs.
