Ms. Anupama Bhatnagar, Director, News Service Division, AIR, Akashwani, New Delhi is present in court in compliance with the order dated 04.03.2014. Vide order dated 10.01.2014, this court directed the personal presence of Director General, News Service Division, AIR, Akashwani, New Delhi for the next date. However, the Director General, News Service Division, AIR, Akashwani, New Delhi failed to appear on the said date due to which, this court directed the personal presence of Mr. Rajiv Mehra, learned Additional Solicitor General of India on the same date.
