1. The petition is filed praying for quashing the order of dismissal passed by the trial Court in an application filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and affirmed by the Revisional Authority.

2. Contending that evidence had been let in by the complainant to the effect that Anuradha demanded dowry, harassed the complainant and beat her as well, the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. was moved before the trial Court.

3. The trial Court have found that there is no substance in the application.
