Petitioner Amritpal Singh alias Jolly has preferred this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail in case FIR No.111 dated 21.06.2012, registered at Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar, under Sections 326, 307, 324, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 326 and 307 IPC added lateron).Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the parties have compromised the matter and quashing petitions have already been filed to which the respondent(s)-complainant(s) has no objection and this Court has directed the parties to appear before the lower Court and to get their statements regarded regarding compromise.

On the other hand, learned State counsel contested the bail application.
