(oral) aggrieved by in action on the part of official respondents no.2 and 3 to register a case on the representation dated 25.03.2013 (annexure p-4) of the petitioner regarding the murder of son of the petitioner, he has filed this petition under section 482 cr.p.c.an fir no.91 dated 15.05.2011 under sections 302/323/324 ipc was registered at police station beas district amritsar regarding murder of son of the petitioner. another fir no.92 dated 16.05.2011 under sections 427/436/148/149 ipc was also registered at the same police station against the petitioner and his family members for setting ablaze the house of baldev singh. another fir no.115 dated 16.06.2011 under sections 452/427/354 ipc was registered at police station beas district amritsar against baldev singh and others.the accused persons had allegedly murdered his son on the instigation of gagandeep singh jaj and others.in reply filed by filed by deputy superintendent of police, sub division, baba bakala, district amritsar rural, on behalf of respondent nos.1 nitin to 3 it has been submitted that representation (annexure p-4) submitted by the 2014.02.18 10:35 i attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh crm-m-44073-2013 -2- petitioner has been inquired into and report has been prepared as annexure r-1/t. the allegations levelled by the petitioner were found to be not correct. it has been informed that the petitioner was arrested on 10.04.2012 in fir no.92 dated 16.05.2011. the petitioner was admitted in the civil hospital, baba bakala by s.i.gurnam singh pursuant to pain in his chest. in the said circumstances, the petitioner was released on bail. it does not appear to be a case where no action has been taken on the complaint of the petitioner. the detailed inquiry report has been appended with the reply as annexure r-1/t. in view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. in case, petitioner does not feel satisfied with the action taken by the respondents it will be open to him to approach this court again in case any illegal action having been committed during cours.of the inquiry or investigation. (ORAL) Aggrieved by in action on the part of official respondents No.2 and 3 to register a case on the representation dated 25.03.2013 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner regarding the murder of son of the petitioner, he has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.An FIR No.91 dated 15.05.2011 under Sections 302/323/324 IPC was registered at Police Station Beas District Amritsar regarding murder of son of the petitioner.

Another FIR No.92 dated 16.05.2011 under Sections 427/436/148/149 IPC was also registered at the same Police Station against the petitioner and his family members for setting ablaze the house of Baldev Singh.

The petitioner was admitted in the Civil Hospital, Baba Bakala by S.I.Gurnam Singh pursuant to pain in his chest.

In the said circumstances, the petitioner was released on bail.

It does not appear to be a case where no action has been taken on the complaint of the petitioner.

The detailed inquiry report has been appended with the reply as Annexure R-1/T.

In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In case, petitioner does not feel satisfied with the action taken by the respondents it will be open to him to approach this Court again in case any illegal action having been committed during couRs.of the inquiry or investigation.
