Petitioner Amanjit Kaur has preferred this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., seeking regular bail in case FIR No.226 dated 30.08.2013, registered at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala, under Sections 307, 324, 326 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there is no opinion of the doctor regarding declaring any injury dangerous to life.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2013.

On the other hand, learned State counsel opposed the bail application.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State counsel and have gone through the record.

Perusal of the record shows that no injury has been found as dangerous to life.
