(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court impugning the order dated 13.06.1991 (Annexure P-4) issued on 21.06.1991, vide which suspension period was treated as leave of the kind due after regular departmental enquiry where it was proved that the petitioner had been found guilty for consumption of liquor in office.

In an appeal preferred by the petitioner, the same was rejected vide order dated 05.02.1992 (Annexure P-6).which is also under challenge in the present writ petition.

None has chosen to put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
