The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.77 dated 5.6.2013 registered under Sections 420/465/468/471 IPC at Police Station Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, whereas, civil litigation is pending between the parties.

Challan has been presented on 24.7.2013 and petitioner is in custody since 12.6.2013 and nothing is to be recovered from him.

Learned counsel further contends that Section 467 IPC was added only at the time of presentation of challan and the same was not there at the time of lodging of the FIR.
