Learned Government Pleader says that the Director of Vocational Higher Secondary Education has issued an order on 26.08.2013, copies of which have been given to the learned counsel for the parties.

This original petition does not further survive for any consideration by this Court because what the Director of Vocational Higher Secondary Education has now done is to pass orders following the directions of the Kerala Administrative Tribunal. If any party is aggrieved by the present decision of the Director of Vocational Higher Secondary Education issued on 26.08.2013, that would be open for consideration only before the Administrative Tribunal in terms of the Administrative Tribunals OPKAT.2421/2013 :
