The petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 29 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 357 of 2013. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is allegation against him to have subjected the deceased to cruelty and torture for demand of dowry and to have committed her dowry death. The dead body was found in the quarter of the petitioner. In the facts of this case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, V. Venkatta Subba Reddy, on bail.
