(oral) feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant writ petition under articles 226/227 of the constitution of india, seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus. learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the respondent authorities were not redressing the grievance of the petitioner, he finally approached the commissioner, municipal corporation, jalandhar-respondent no.3, by way of legal notice dated 3.5.2013 (annexure p-3).but the same is also pending decision. he further submits that the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent no.3 is directed to consider and decide the legal notice of the petitioner so as to ensure that respondents nos.4 to 7 are not permitted to raise construction in violation of the building bye-laws thereby causing serious prejudice to cwp no.10870 o”2. the interest of the petitioner. having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, including the issue of limitation, if any, commissioner, municipal corporation, jalandhar-respondent no.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner and decide his legal notice dated 3.5.2013 (annexure p-3).at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. respondent no.3 is further directed to ensure that respondents nos.4 to 7 are not permitted to raise construction in violation of the building bye-laws. with the observations made above, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 20.05.2013 (rameshwar singh malik) mks judge

(Oral) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus.
