( oral ) the petitioner has filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the respondents to consider her claim for allotment of a plot under the oustee policy. it is the case of the petitioner that vide notification dated 8.7.2009 (annexure p-3) issued under section 6 of the land acquisition act, 1894, her 11 kanals 19 marlas of land situated in the revenue estate of village asalwas, tehsil bawal, district rewari, was acquired for extension of industrial growth center in bawal. it is the further case of the petitioner that in spite of the requests made by her, the respondents have not considered her claim for allotment of plot under the oustee policy of the state government. cwp no.5720 of 2013 -2- after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, without issuing notice of motion as it will un-necessary delay the matter, we dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the general manager, bawal, district rewari, of the haryana state industrial infrastructural development corporation (respondent no.2 herein).raising her claim for allotment of a plot under the oustee policy of the state government and if such representation is submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month from today, respondent no.2 is directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months of the date of its filing, by passing a speaking order. ( Oral ) The petitioner has filed the instant petition for issuing direction to the respondents to consider her claim for allotment of a plot under the oustee policy.

It is the case of the petitioner that vide notification dated 8.7.2009 (Annexure P-3) issued under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, her 11 Kanals 19 Marlas of land situated in the revenue estate of village Asalwas, Tehsil Bawal, District Rewari, was acquired for extension of Industrial Growth Center in Bawal.

It is the further case of the petitioner that in spite of the requests made by her, the respondents have not considered her claim for allotment of plot under the oustee policy of the State Government.
