(oral).on 2.5.2013, the following order was passed by this court: “learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners seek protection of their life and liberty at the hands of respondent nos.4 to 7. petitioner no.2, present in court, to show his bona fide, states that he will deposit a sum of rs.1.00 lac in the form of fdr for a period of three years in favour of petitioner no.1. an fdr in the sum of rs.50,000/- shall be prepared within a period of one week from today and another fdr in the sum of rs.50,000/- for the same tenure shall be got prepared within a period of six months thereafter. notice of motion to the advocate general, punjab and other respondents no.9.5.2013. in the meantime, liberty is granted to the petitioners to crl. misc. not m-14126 of 2013 -:2. :- approach respondent no.2 – senior superintendent of police, hoshiarpur for protection, as per instructions dated 18.08.2010 issued by the home department, punjab. petitioners may not be arrested and adequate security be provided to them, if required.” petitioner no.2 states that in compliance of the order dated 2.5.2013, he has deposited the amount i.e ` 50,000/- in the form of fdr for three years in favour of petitioner no.1. a photocopy of receipt, filed in court, is taken on record. petitioner no.2 further undertakes to deposit the remaining amount of rs.50,000/- within six months and inform this court. keeping in view the above, the order dated 2.5.2013 is made absolute. disposed of. (Oral).On 2.5.2013, the following order was passed by this Court: “Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners seek protection of their life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 7.

Petitioner no.2, present in Court, to show his bona fide, states that he will deposit a sum of Rs.1.00 lac in the form of FDR for a period of three years in favour of petitioner no.1.

An FDR in the sum of Rs.50,000/- shall be prepared within a period of one week from today and another FDR in the sum of Rs.50,000/- for the same tenure shall be got prepared within a period of six months thereafter.

Notice of motion to the Advocate General, Punjab and other respondents No.9.5.2013.

In the meantime, liberty is granted to the petitioners to Crl.
