22. 07.2013 Inder Singh ....Petitioners Versus State of Haryana and others ...Respondents CORAM : HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE MAHESH GROVER Present:- Mr.Ashish Gupta, Advocate for the petitioner Ms.Gagandeep Singh Wasu, Addl.
AG, Haryana MAHESH GROVER, J.
This Court on an earlier occasion i.e.16.11.2012 noticed the grievance of the petitioner and observed as follows:- “Ordinarily, this Court would have remitted the matter back to the respondents and disposed of the petition, but considering the fact that the petitioner has retired from service in May, 1992 and also noticing the fact that the petitioner had been in service since 1954, adopting this couRs.would be defeating the cause of justice itself.
Instead, the Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to take a fresh decision in this regard keeping in view the aforesaid delineated claims of the petitioner by referring to the averments made in the petition and the replication and offer reasons for declining the claim of the petitioner which reasons may be elucidated in the fresh order within a period of 8 weeks from today.

Pursuant thereto the respondents have passed an order declining the claim of the petitioner and the same has been placed on record.
The petitioner has not taken appropriate steps to impugn such an order which was the couRs.not required to be adopted by him.
Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to impugn the decision so taken by the respondents, if so advised.
