(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that despite he having secured 132.70 marks and belonging to the Scheduled Caste (R&O) Ex-Serviceman Category, has not been issued the appointment letter and the last selected candidate under this category, who has been appointed, has obtained 125.76 marks.
