(oral) petitioners have approached this court with a prayer that prior to installing the 66kv bangan-moonak (s/c on d/c) overhead line from the lands of the petitioners.no notice was issued to the petitioners not were any objections invited by the respondents. by the installation of these overhead lines, petitioners would not be in a position to sow even a single crop. it virtually would make the land of the petitioners uncultivable. he states that the petitioners shall submit a detailed representation to the chief engineer/t.s., punjab state power corporation ltd.- respondent no.3 and the cwp no.13502 o”2. superintending engineer, operation circle, district sangrur- respondent no.4 within a period of three days from today, which may be directed to be considered and decided at an early date. in the light of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioners and without commenting upon the merits of the case or expressing any opinion thereon, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation to the chief engineer/t.s., punjab state power corporation ltd.- respondent no.3 and the superintending engineer, operation circle, district sangrur-respondent no.4 within a period of three days. if such a representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided by the said respondents within a period of three weeks of submission of such representation. decision so taken be conveyed to the petitioners forthwith. (ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court with a prayer that prior to installing the 66KV Bangan-Moonak (S/C on D/C) Overhead Line from the lands of the petitioneRs.no notice was issued to the petitioners not were any objections invited by the respondents.
