w.p.no.17670/2012 02.11.2012 shri k.p.shah, learned counsel for the petitioner. shri s.m.lal, learned govt. advocate for respondents, on advance copy. it is the case of the petitioner that vide order dated 26.7.2010, the petitioner was promoted on the post of assistant grade-ii, on which post she has joined on 27.7.2010 and is working on the said post. however, the salary of the petitioner has not yet been fixed on the promotional post and she is being paid the salary of assistant grade-iii. the petitioner has made the representations to this effect, but nothing has been done, therefore, this writ petition is required to be filed. looking to the aforesaid, since the petitioner is regularly promoted on the post of assistant grade-ii, the respondents to look into the claim of the petitioner and to revise the salary of the petitioner on the pay scale applicable to the promotional post of petitioner on which according to her, she is working. let it be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. with the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of finally. certified copy as per rules. It is the case of the petitioner that vide order dated 26.7.2010, the petitioner was promoted on the post of Assistant Grade-II, on which post she has joined on 27.7.2010 and is working on the said post.

However, the salary of the petitioner has not yet been fixed on the promotional post and she is being paid the salary of Assistant Grade-III.

The petitioner has made the representations to this effect, but nothing has been done, therefore, this writ petition is required to be filed.

Looking to the aforesaid, since the petitioner is regularly promoted on the post of Assistant Grade-II, the respondents to look into the claim of the petitioner and to revise the salary of the petitioner on the pay scale applicable to the promotional post of petitioner on which according to her, she is working.

Let it be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of finally.
