1. Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Hans Raj, son of Gajraj, resident of Village Chandpur, Tehsil Ballabgarh, District Faridabad, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 324 and 506 read with Section 149, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.81, dated 19.5.2013, registered at Police Station, Chhainsa, District Faridabad.
2. Learned counsel contends that as many as two persons from the side of petitioner suffered multiple injuries in the alleged occurrence. She further submits that the said fact had not been explained by the complainant side in the FIR. She also contends that all the injuries found on the person of the complainant's side, were found to be simple in nature. She Kapoor Prashant 2013.08.21 15:37 I attest to the accuracy of this order CRM-M-19828-2013 (O&M) 2 further submits that the petitioner is a Constable in the Delhi Police and, therefore, he is not likely to run away from investigation or trial and that a few co-accused of the petitioner were arrested and granted bail by the learned Trial Court. She further submits that in compliance of the order dated 14.6.2013, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Mohinder Singh of Police Station, Chhainsa, District Faridabad, also admits the fact that in compliance of the order dated 14.6.2013, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required by the investigating agency in this regard.

Keeping in view the fact that it is a case of version and cross-version and that the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required by the investigating agency, the present petition is accepted. The interim order dated 14.6.2013 whereby ad interim bail was granted to the petitioner by this Court, is made absolute.
