Heard on the question of admission.

Issue notice of this writ petition to the respondents on payment of Process Fee within a week by registered A.D.The notices be made returnable in six weeks.

It is seen that the Labour Court has already classified the petitioner as Supervisor and such order has been affirmed by this Court in the Writ Petition No.8051/2007(S) on 2.7.2012.

Despite this, the order dated 21.8.2012 has been issued regularising the petitioner as Choukidar.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner be allowed to continue on the post of Supervisor, at the present place of posting, till further orders of this Court.

List immediately after six weeks.
