(oral) this petition has been filed for quashing of the suspension order, charge-sheet & dismissal order passed by the respondent no.3. the claim raised in the present petition is that the petitioner was suspended on the allegation that he had forged some document at the time of taking a job. thereafter though no domestic inquiry was lodged but an fir was registered against the petitioner. on the registration of the fir the petitioner was dismissed from service. subsequently, the petitioner was acquitted by judgment and order dated 05.03.2012 (annexure p-13).pursuant to that the petitioner has represented for his reinstatement on the ground that he has not been acquitted in the criminal case but no order has been passed thereon. sharma ashish 2013.08.22 16:19 i attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh c.w.p.no.18279 of 2013 -2- in the circumstances, the learned counsel has fairly stated that he would be satisfied at this stage if in the firs.instance a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to decide the representations (annexures p-14 and p-15) by passing a speaking order thereon within any reasonable time. i find this to be a fair request. resultantly, the respondent no.2 is directed to decide the said representations within a period of two months by passing a speaking order thereon from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. petition stands disposed of in the above terms.since the main case has been decided, the pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of. (Oral) This petition has been filed for quashing of the suspension order, Charge-sheet & dismissal order passed by the respondent No.3.

The claim raised in the present petition is that the petitioner was suspended on the allegation that he had forged some document at the time of taking a job.

Thereafter though no domestic inquiry was lodged but an FIR was registered against the petitioner.

On the registration of the FIR the petitioner was dismissed from service.

Subsequently, the petitioner was acquitted by judgment and order dated 05.03.2012 (Annexure P-13).Pursuant to that the petitioner has represented for his reinstatement on the ground that he has not been acquitted in the criminal case but no order has been passed thereon.
