This appeal is directed against an order dated 11.9.2012 in W.P.No.14768/12 by which the writ petition preferred by the appellant against his transfer from village Malara , District Mandla to District Neemuch in the same capacity as Rural Agriculture Extension Officer, was dismissed with liberty to the appellant to avail departmental remedy against transfer order .
This order has been assailed by the appellant mainly on the ground that the transfer order was in violation of transfer policy and the appellant has been sent to a distant place.
On the aforesaid ground, the transfer order cannot be interfered with.
However, the appellant may approach to the authority for redressal of the grievance pointing out the grievance in the representation.
The authority to decide the representation within a period of four weeks as directed by the Single Bench.
With the aforesaid liberty, this writ appeal is finally disposed of with no order as to costs, C.C.as per rules.
