w.p.no.18616/12 (s) 5/11/12 shri piyush jain, learned counsel for the petitioner. shri rajesh tiwari, learned govt. adv.for the state. petitioner's father late shri hiralal uike was working in the respondents' establishment and has died in harness on 1/01/08. petitioner submitted an application for grant of compassionate appointment and after due processing of the same, petitioner was called for an interview vide annexure p-4 dated 12/11/10. petitioner participated in the interview which was held on 18 th november, 2010 and 19th november, 2010 and it is the grievance of the petitioner that till date, the final decision into the matter is not taken and, therefore, petitioner is before this court. keeping in view the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, without entering into the controvers.on merit, respondents are directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. with the aforesaid, petition stands disposed of.c.c. as per rules. Petitioner's father Late Shri Hiralal Uike was working in the respondents' establishment and has died in harness on 1/01/08.
