1 writ petition no.11038/13. 10.7.2013. shri p.s.gaharwar learned counsel for the petitioner. shri akash choudhary, learned p.l.for the respondents. the petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the order dated 17.6.2013 passed by the respondent no.2 in case no.950/appeal/12013, whereby the application for stay filed by the petitioner in the aforesaid appeal has been rejected. learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing at length submits that the petition be disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2, commissioner, rewa division, rewa to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner as expeditious as possible. looking to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioner files an application for early hearing, the respondent no.2 shall consider the same and shall take all possible steps to decide the appeal after hearing all concerned in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law, as for as possible within a period of six months. with the aforesaid direction the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.c.c. as per rules. The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the order dated 17.6.2013 passed by the respondent No.2 in Case No.950/appeal/12013, whereby the application for stay filed by the petitioner in the aforesaid appeal has been rejected.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing at length submits that the petition be disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.2, Commissioner, Rewa Division, Rewa to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner as expeditious as possible.

Looking to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the effect that in case the petitioner files an application for early hearing, the respondent No.2 shall consider the same and shall take all possible steps to decide the appeal after hearing all concerned in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law, as for as possible within a period of six months.
