Heard on the question of admission.
The applicant – husband of respondent No.1 while the father of respondent No.2 has filed this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.for quashment of the order dated 13.8.2012, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhopal in MJ.No.543/2011 whereby allowing the interlocutory applications of the respondents, the applicant has been directed to pay Rs.15,000/- per month as interim maintenance for their livelihood.
Initially the case was argued at length by the applicant's counsel for quashment of the order impugned but in response of some query of the court based on the available circumstance, so also the price index of the food articles in the market, on which instead to argue further he seeks permission to withdraw this petition as not pressed with liberty to raise all the objections and grounds stated in the petition at the appropriate stage of the trial of the impugned case before the Family Court with further direction to the trial court to conclude the trial on some early date within some time bound schedule.
On consideration the petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn and not pressed with liberty, as prayed by the applicant's counsel.
However, the trial court is directed to take an endeavour to expedite the trial of the impugned case and conclude the same on or before 31.1.2014 under intimation to this court.
