Judgment:

W.P.NO.1652/2013 18-03-2013 Shri Manot Mishra,learned counsel for the petitioner.

Shri S.K.Shrivastava, learned counsel for the respondent/ University.

Petitioner was a candidate, who had appeared in the B.Ed.

Examination,2011.

Grievance of the petitioner is that he applied for revaluation of the marks granted to the petitioner in the subject of Teacher in Emerging Indian Society.

Even though revaluation has been undertaken but the result of the revaluation has not been informed to the petitioner.

Seeking a direction to the respondents to inform to the petitioner the result of the revaluation, this writ petition is filed.

On notice being issued, learned counsel appearing for the respondent University undertakes to declare the result of the petitioner with regard to the revaluation within a period of one week from today.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking given by the counsel for the University, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the University to declare the result of the petitioner within a week.
