(oral).the claim in the present petition is that inspite of the orders of this court passed in cwp no.11420 of 1998 decided on 20.03.2012 the entire benefits have not been released to the petitioners and in fact in the letter annexure p-7 only the issue regarding interest has been dealt with and not the issue regarding other entitlements like medical leave encashment etc.learned senior counsel states that the petitioner had filed representation annexure p-5 in response to which the order annexure p-7 has been passed and that at this stage he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent no.2 to take a comprehensive decision on the representation annexure p-5 within any reasonable time. i find this to be a fair request. resultantly this petition is disposed of with a direction to nagpal sunita 2013.08.31 12:08 i attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document cwp no.19000 o”2. respondent no.2 to decide the representation (annexure p-5) of the petitioner. since this is a second round of litigation, the necessary orders be passed thereon within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and if the petitioner is found entitled to any other relief, the same be granted to him within a period of one month thereafter. it is made clear that if any due relief/amount is not granted/paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid period, he would be entitled to claim the same along with interest at the rate of 8% p.a.from the date/s the amount/s fell due till the date of payment.
